Six Social Practices - New Literacies (Beach et al., 2014)

Through their innovative book, Beach et al. (2014) have addressed six social practices involved in use of digital tools: 1. Contexualizing digital texts 2. Making connections between digital texts and people 3. Collaborative understanding and creation of digital texts 4. Adopting alternative modes of communication 5. Adopting alternative perspectives 6. Constructing and enacting identities (p.3). My question is this - among those above, how many practices do we - educators using digital tools - realize in our classroom? Beach et al. (2014).
